24/7 Party People

Our daily rhythm is a bit fucked up. We woke up 7pm. So this is how we ended up partying until 12am Sunday morning.

Once again, our eleven-men-gang (we got two re-inforcements from Finland) was split up into two clubs: the Kreuzbergian Watergate just off Schlesisches Tor station & Tresor in western MItte, Set in one hell of a cool locale, Watergate has all the key elements of a top dog club. No weekend goes by without at least one top name out of the roster of an international techno label. Last night it was Sebo K with an intense gig on the intimate dancefloor. Tresor, on the other hand, has been around for almost two decades. This huge concrete techno-palace is a must place to see for true techno, house & electro fanatics. Without question it has led the Berlin techno scene for some 15 years, and still attracts top DJs around the world. Hush hush.

Around 8 am we decided to hit Club der Visionere, in Friedrichshain. The place is well-known for their all-day-long-well-into-the-afternoon-parties. That's why it was kind of a disappointment the place was shutting down when we got there at 9am. So we got a beer & a snack from the nearby gas station & found an afterparty of our own, aus Köln. These guys where hilarious & they blustered they'd party on this spot until afternoon comes:

So we hit into bar 25, the best afterparty place so far, it was bloody beautiful. So now we're in a bit of a hurry, gotta catch bus to Prague. After that Bratislava & Belgrad, then we'll see. Not gonna be posting that often in the future, limited net possibilities in the east. So it goes.
